Order Information

  • Once you have placed an order via our website, you will immediately receive a confirmation email. This is automatically generated. If your package is going to a workplace, please include the business name so that it arrives promptly.

    All order confirmations and shipping notifications will be sent to the email used to place the order.

    Please refer to the email used to place your order as a tracking email with carrier information and an estimated arrival date will be sent once your order has shipped.

  • Should you wish to cancel or modify an order, please contact us at hello@livelxs.com within 24 hours of placing your oder.

    Please be mindful when purchasing online as colors may vary from screen to product purchased. If you are unsure about the color of a certain product, please contact our team at hello@livelxs.com and we will be happy to help.

  • Because we are a small business, all orders are picked and packed by hand in our warehouse. Please allow us up to 2 business days to prepare an order once it’s been placed. As soon as an order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking details.

    Orders placed in the United States are shipped from our warehouse in Atlanta, GA. We offer flat rates for Standard and Express delivery options for all continental U.S. orders. We currently ship using the United State Postal Service (USPS).

    Orders placed within the European Union are shipped from our warehouse in Athens, Greece. We offer only Standard shipping rates to all EU countries.

    At this moment, we do not ship to countries outside the U.S. or EU. We are working on expanding, with South Africa and Australia on the horizon. Stay tuned.

  • Enter the promotional code at the checkout page in the box provided on the right-hand side.

  • LXS accepts all major Credit/Debit Cards. Note all orders are charged in US Dollars.

  • You will be charged as soon as your order is submitted.

  • Please confirm that the card information as well as the billing information that has been entered is correct.

    If this issue persists, we recommend you contact the card issuer.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Given the size and weight of our backgammon boards, shipping is expensive. Therefore, we don’t currently offer a return or exchange option. However, if you are not satisfied with your order for whatever reason, please contact our team at hello@livelxs.com and we will do our best to make things right, including full refunds. We want our customers to be happy above all else.

  • Our backgammon boards are designed by our founder, who then works closely with carefully vetted manufacturers in Greece to make them. We take a lot of pride in supporting Greek labor and craftsmanship.
